CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once per session without penalty, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event that There’s Moore to Sex needs to cancel or reschedule, clients will be offered a full refund or priority rescheduling at their convenience. The full session fee is charged for no-shows and cancellations less than 12 hours before appointment time. Please email if there are genuine extenuating circumstances, at the team's discretion.
